Abstract
This article presents a study on influence of frequency and magnetic material on electrical current density distribution and its intensity in a planar inductor.Studied structures are planar inductors without and with a magnetic material. These studies are performed in simulation using HFSS simulator and in experimental measurement using impedance-meter.
