Abstract
The choriocarcinoma is a rare and aggressive tumor that can grow quickly and spread easily to other parts of the body, sometimes occurring after spontaneous or elective abortion, tubal pregnancy or, more rarely, normal pregnancy. In our case, we reported abnormal uterine bleeding following vaginal delivery at day46. The post-partum period was unremarkable, and the diagnosis of gestational choriocarcinoma was evoked and retained in view of the clinical, biological and radiological picture, management was multidisciplinary and timely, and the prognosis was favorable.
