Abstract

Two series of 4-naphthyl-2-amino-3-pyrazolylthiophene derivatives and thienotriazolopyrimidineswere prepared from 4-naphthyl-3-(carboethoxy/cyano)-2-aminothiophene. Moreover, compounds 18 and 20 were tested as potential anti-tumor activity against both of human breast cancer (MCF-7) and human colon cancer (HCT-116).Some of the newly synthesized compounds showed potent antimicrobial activity.
