Abstract

Infertility is a multifaceted and diverse condition influenced by various biological factors, affecting either men, women, or both partners. According to a 2010 estimate by the World Health Organization (WHO), approximately 48.5 million couples worldwide were affected by infertility, with its prevalence increasing due to the growing global population (8). Genetic factors are implicated in around 30% of infertility cases (9). This article presents a case of Jacobs syndrome, four cases of Klinefelters syndrome, and one case of de Morsier Kallmann syndrome.
