This study aims to examine the moderating role of openness to experience in the relationship between supervisory feedback and supervisory relationships among Generation Z employees. Given the unique characteristics of Generation Z, who value open communication and recognition of their contributions, feedback from supervisors plays a crucial role in shaping their relationships with supervisors. A total of 150 Generation Z employees in the Jakarta region participated in this study. Data were collected using the Supervisory Feedback Scale, the Short Supervisory Relationship Questionnaire (S-SRQ), and the Openness to Experience Scale. The analysis results indicate that positive feedback from supervisors significantly improves supervisory relationships, while negative feedback has varying effects depending on individual openness levels. The findings suggest that individuals with high openness levels are better able to receive negative feedback constructively.
