Abstract

This study focuses on Logistics Distribution concerns at MIXUE, a beverage business in City. The study highlighted various issues with Logistics Distribution, such as the distribution mode is not appropriate, which are critical to its functioning. Different logistics distribution modes directly affect whether the delivery is timely, etc.To improve distribution efficiency and maximize earnings, it is critical to quickly identify and fix these challenges, as well as provide appropriate optimization techniques.First, adjust the logistics distribution mode, adjust the third-party logistics distribution mode to the mixed logistics distribution mode.Next, based on the distribution analysis of ABC classification method and combined with the actual sales data in the past, the distribution frequency can be adjusted to once A week for class A raw materials, once every two weeks for class B raw materials and once a month for class C raw materials, and a certain distribution quantity and distribution route are given.Then, According to an ancient phrase, Food is the god of the people."The food and beverage industry are a key driver of national economic development. Among these, competition for the MIXUE beverage chain is very severe. As a result, by studying the Logistics Distribution for MIXUE, comprehending its actual status, recognizing existing difficulties, analyzing the causes, and developing relevant optimization measures, we can avoid the dangers associated with Logistics Distribution.
