Diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) are a major complication of diabetes mellitus, often leading to infection, prolonged healing, and potential amputation. Topical colloidal silver has been recognized for its antimicrobial and wound-healing properties. This study evaluates the effectiveness of colloidal silver in DFU management.
