Abstract

The aim of the present work was to investigate the relationship between personality traits and well being among depressive patients. For this purpose, correlational research design were employed on a sample of 124 depressive patients (87 males and 37 females) between the age of 18 to 35 years. Personality traits were measured using NEO Five Factor Inventory, and well-being were measured usingpersonal well being inventory.These tools are renowned for their reliability and validity in assessing personality traits, and PWI, respectively. The data was analysed using Pearson Correlation and t- test.Results demonstrated significant correlation between personality traits and well being..
