Reclaimed sites play a very important role in improving the living cond itions of the population.However,access,exploitation and sustainable management of ecosystems are now becoming a major challenge for the preservation and sustainability of the goods and services that these ecosystems provide to the population. The objective of this study is to understand the populations perception of the ecosystem services provided by reclaimed sites. To this end, a survey was conducted among the beneficiary populations and not the project in 3 villages in the Maradi region.From this study,30 ecosystem services were identifie d,including 26 by beneficiaries and 24 by non beneficiaries.T
