Abstract
This case study presents the successful homeopathic management of a chronic non-healing surgical wound in a 43-year-old female Mrs. S.N. using Calcarea Carbonica 0/1.The wound,located on the upper back,(operated for trapezoid and rhomboid muscle tumor ) persisted for over two years despite conventional wound care and antibiotic therapy. The case highlights the individualized remedy selection based on constitutional and local symptoms, and the observed clinical improvement over a 10-week period.
