Abstract

Background:Twenty first century security has blurred war peace boun daries, with states employing hybrid strategies combining conventional force , with states employing hybrid strategies combining conventional force with irregular tactics. Turkey has been both target and practitioner of intensifying hybrid threats in the post-1991 Middle East.
