Abstract
Le textilomeintra-peritoneal demeure une complication postoperatoire rare mais potentiellement grave. Son evolution peut etre silencieuse ou se manifester tardivement par des douleurs chroniques. Limagerie, notamment la tomodensitometrie, joue un role essentiel dans le diagnostic. La prise en charge reste chirurgicale, surtout lorsqu apparaissent des complications telles que la fistulisation ou la phagocytose par le grele.
