EL DIAGNOSTICO PEDAGOGICO PARA MEJORAR EL PROCESO DE FORMACION EN LA MAESTRIA EN PEDAGOGIA DE LA FES ARAGON UNAM

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how,through the application of a situational diagnosis of a Masters program in Pedagogy at the Faculty of Higher Studies Aragon of the National Autonomous Univers ity of Mexico (UNAM),it is possible to understand the functioning of various institutional aspects:I. Actors. II. Postgraduate program. III.Training processes and practices.IV. Institutional conditions. This understanding allows us to grasp how the student training process unfolds, with the aim of reorganizing processes and thereby improving student graduation rates.
