Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the bibliometric structure of the literature on craniofacial deformities in dentomaxillofacial radiology. Publications indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection were analyzed using bibliometric methods. Scientific productivity, thematic structure, and research trends were investigated. The findings showed a notable increase in publications after 2012.Orthognathic surgery, cephalometry, and computed tomography were identified as major research themes. Additionally, Japan and other Asian countries contributed significantly to the scientific literature in this field.
