Abstract
As cybersecurity threats continue to rise, the Zero- Trust Security framework has become an essential strategy for securing cloud environments. Unlike conventional perimeter-based security models, Zero-Trust follows the principle of never trust, always verify. This enhanced study delves into implementing Zero Trust in cloud computing, focusing on fundamental principles, challenges, modern security tools, behavioral analytics, federated learning approaches, quantum-resistant cryptography, confidential computing attestation, and their alignment with DevOps methodologies. By leveraging cloud-native technologies, artificial intelligence-driven automation, and emerging crypto- graphic paradigms, this research highlights the critical role of Zero-Trust in strengthening cloud security across heterogeneous and dynamic environments.
