Abstract
Introduction: Polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS), formerly known as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), is a common endocrine disorder affecting women of reproductive age. Besides reproductive and metabolic disturbances, PMOS negatively impacts psychological well-being and quality of life. Despite available treatment options, there remains a need for safe and effective therapies that improve both clinical symptoms and fertility outcomes. Aim: To compare the efficacy of VAMHA and MYRHA tablet combination therapy with standard non-hormonal therapy in restoring regular menstruation. Secondary objectives included assessment of ovulation, menstrual symptoms, polycystic ovarian morphology, hormonal and metabolic parameters, anthropometric measures, and skin manifestations. Study Design: Open-label, randomized, multicentre, prospective comparative clinical study.
