Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is now part of daily work in many companies. It helps finish tasks faster, cuts costs, and makes work run more smoothly. But it has a side effect: many employees find it harder to balance their work and personal life. They worry about losing their jobs, feel tired from continuous use of technology, feel stressed to keep learning new skills , and find it hard to switch off from work even at home.
