Abstract
Background:The specific efficacy of Individualized Homeopathy for the treatment of Chronic Diseases has not been established. There is ongoing debate about the role of extended consultations, constitutional and miasmatic classifications, and the overall operation of the system in Individualized Homeopathy. Objective: The objective of this article is to evaluate recent Randomized Controlled Trials and distinguish condition-specific patient outcomes from the overall claims of therapeutic effectiveness. Methods: I performed a focused review of trial records and associated abstracts, including methods and recent evidence syntheses. The scope of this article was limited to 8 published Placebo controlled Individualized Homeopathy Trials and 453 Randomized patients. The search was not a fully exported and deduplicated database review; thus, overall counts per PRISMA guidelines cannot be reported.
