Abstract
Sialolithiasis is a common disorder affecting an estimated 12 in 1000 people each year and it accounts for more than fifty percent of the salivary gland diseases. With advancement in field of interventional radiology and surgery, diagnosis and management of submandibular gland sialolithiasis has become more efficient than in past. Concepts of management and details of new techniques for diagnosis and management of sialolithiasis of sabmandibular gland is discussed in this article.
