CONSTRAINTS TO THE INTEGRATION OF ICT IN THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS:A CASE OF TAMBACH TEACHERS TRAINING COLLEGE,KEIYO-MARAKWET COUNTY,KENYA

The purpose of the study was to find out the factors that constrain lecturers from integrating ICT in the teaching -learning process.Lecturing,administrative staff and student -teachers participated in the study.Both probability and non-probability sampling techniques were used to pick respondents.A questionnaire and an observation check-list were used to collect the data.SPSS was used to analyze the data.Inadequate ICT skills and lack of direction from senior staff were major hindrances.
