EVIDECE OF PATHOGENIC ROLE OF CD-154 IN PATIENTS WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS.

Objectives:- To detectthe level of CD-154in serum ofSLE patients and its relation to disease activity. Methods:- this cross sectional study 30SLE patients and 15 apparently healthy control all patients subjected to full history taking .general and local examination .routien ivestigation and detection of serum level of CD-154 Results:- elevation of serum level of CD-154 in SLE patients than control ,highly significant relation between serum CD-154 level and SLEDIA Conclosion:- CD-154may be anew marker of disease activity of SLE
