Abstract
The study carried out to evaluate the some Biochemical analysis that characterized of polycystic ovary syndrome that play role in the polycystic syndrome.
Martial and methods: - This study includes 20 woman attending Mansoura university woman Hospital, their age’s ragas range from 20-35 years. This study was approved by the ethical and research committee of council of obstetrics and gynecology Mansoura university. Group I (study group): Consists of 10 women with polycystic ovary syndrome and Group II control group: Consist of 10 women.Eachcase-taking sample of fasting blood from veins to determine Biochemical analysis that characterized of polycystic ovary syndrome.
Results:- The weight , BMI ,ASAT , ALAT ,Cholesterol ,Triglyceride, LDL –Cholesterol, Fasting blood sugar ,Fasting insulin, Fasting blood sugar / Fasting insulin ratio, luteinizing hormone ,DAHESand AMHshowed significant increase changes when compared with control .while .non- significant in the Total protein , albumin globulin and albumin /globulin ratio , HDL –Cholesterol at the comparison with control group .On the other hand of the was FSH significant decrease in PCOS was at the comparison with control group .
Conclusion:-there are some Biochemical analysis that characterized of polycystic ovary syndromeas some hormones as FSH, LH, AMH, DAHEAS and insulin.
