PRODUCTIVITY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AMONG THE STAKEHOLDERS OF CALABARZON FOOD SOLUTION HUBS (CFOSH): TOWARD 5YR STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

The objective of this research was to determine the extent of productivity and social involvement of CALABARZON FOOD SOLUTIONS HUBS (CFOSH) stakeholders and the status of the hub which is located inside the Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU) Santa Cruz Campus, Laguna. Utilizing the descriptive method of research data were collected using survey questionnaire on productivity and social responsibility from a total of 30 stakeholders and 10 implementers. The collected data revealed that extent of productivity of CFOSH and its Stakeholders had favorable results towards the CFOSH 5yr strategic development plan. Based on the stakeholders they became highly productive on the developmental strategies; social involvement of the society and to the business sector to the mutual benefits of both. Based on the results and finding, the linkages and potential clients and priorities increased, therefore they have potential contribution to economic progress and competitiveness.On the other hand, implementers perceived the CFOSH Hub to be moderately productive. It is important to integrate the goals for growth and accomplishment of the CFOSH and its stakeholders into Strategic development plan. The CFOSH and other Stakeholders long-term direction is defined in formulation of the 5-year strategic development plan. Related studies must be conducted to determine the level of creativity, internal economic opportunities, success and importance to the other government agencies and private entities involved in establishment of CFOSH. Other opportunities, changes, and socio-economic drives that will cover potential stakeholders in the future, may also be investigated.
