Abstract

Le papillome inverse (IP) est un type inhabituel de tumeur benigne marque par une forte agressivite locale, un taux eleve de recidive après chirurgie et un risque imprevisible dassociation a un carcinome epidermoide. Le traitement du papillome inverse degenere est principalement chirurgical associe a une radiotherapie complementaire. Nous rapportant le cas dune patiente agee de 63ans traitee au service de radiotherapie du CHU Hassan II de FES pour un carcinome epidermoide sur papillome inverse.
