Abstract
In many high-ris In many high-rise buildings, architectural requirements may result in a variable configuration for the vertical structural elements between the stories of the building. To accommodate such vertical elements’ discontinuity, a transfe floor conveying vertical and lateral loads between upper and lower stories must be introduced. A drawback buildings, architectural requirements may result in a variable configuration for the vertical structural elements between the stories of the building. To accommodate such vertical elements’ discontinuity, a transfe floor conveying vertical and lateral loads between upper and lower stories must be introduced. A drawback of the transfer floor is the sudden change in the building's lateral stiffness at its level: the structure becomes susceptible to the formation of a soft-storey mechanism under moderate to severe earth-quakes. In this project accessing suitability of high rise building using transfer slab resting on sloping ground using pile and raft foundation under seismic and wind load behavior of high rise buildings with transfer floor.the behaviour of the piled raft foundation system considering the influence of the factors like raft thickness, pile length, diameter and number of piles. These parameters have been considered to develop an economical and effective design The field of Analysis of High Rise Building encompasses the analysis of high rise building subjected to seismic loads and wind loads. Our project analysis of high rise building using transfer slab resting on sloping ground using pile and raft foundation. Designing of the high rise building consist of designing of beams, columns, foundation, slab on Microsoft Excel and Staad Pro. Our project also deals with designing the building by considering wind and earthquake loads.
