Abstract

Aluminum oxide synthesized through annealing route. The present research work deals with aluminum composite prepared using chemical reactions. Aluminum nitrates and ammonium chloride doped with sisal fiber has been prepared. The structural behavior of aluminum oxide was studied in XRD, SEM, TEM, FTIR and dielectric measurement (?). This behavior showed aluminum nature of the sample.
