Abstract
This abstract examines the literature on Prameha, a word that encompasses several metabolic problems, in order to provide light on Ayurvedas unique insights regarding pancreas health. The review delves into historical Ayurvedic literature, examining their viewpoints on preserving pancreatic health and averting issues associated with Prameha. The abstract attempts to offer light on holistic approaches to pancreas health within the Ayurvedic framework by fusing ancient wisdom with new scientific findings.
