LE HARCELEMENT AU TRAVAIL DANS LE MILIEU ENSEIGNANT: ETUDE EXPLORATOIRE DES MANIFESTATIONS PERCUES PAR LES PROFESSIONNELS DE L ENSEIGNEMENT AU MAROC

In a context where workplace distress is on the rise, this study aims to explore the current state of workplace harassment in secondary schools in Morocco. It examines teachers perceptions of the phenomenon and its perceived manifestations. Adopting a qualitative methodology, thematic analysis was conducted on data collected through semi-structured interviews with 30 teachers working in both public and private institutions in the Casablanca region. The results revealed the most frequent manifestations of harassment reported in these schools, which vary in both intensity and nature.
