Abstract
The research object of this paper is P City MIXUE beverage chain Company. In the study of its demand forecasting, it is found that demand forecasting is subjective and the error of forecasting results is large, and the above problems play a key role in its operation. Among them, the error between the predicted value of demand and the actual sales volume will produce market volatility. The above problems need to be analyzed and solved in time, and relevant optimization strategies are proposed: Improve the comprehensive quality of relevant management personnel; Ensure the accuracy of raw data at all levels in the management process;Strengthen the demand forecast guarantee management system; Find suitable quantitative demand forecasting methods;Make qualitative and quantitative comprehensive decisions on demand forecasting results; Make priority levels of high, middle and low needs.
