Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations have shifted from peripheral corporate responsibilities to central elements of organizational strategy. Within education, the urgency of climate change, resource depletion, and social responsibility demands structured sustainability integration. This theoretical paper examines how ESG principles can guide sustainable transformation in educational institutions, with particular emphasis on renewable energy adoption.The study synthesizes existing conceptual literature to propose a multidimensional framework illustrating how renewable energy initiatives contribute to environmental stewardship,social responsibility, and governance effectiveness. The paper argues that ESG oriented educational transformation fosters climate conscious campuses, enhances stake holder engagement, and prepares learners for sustainable futures. Implications for policy, institutional governance, Academic and curriculum and stakeholder engagement are discussed.
