Abstract

Pulmonarysequestrationisarare congenital non hereditarymalformation (0.15 to 6.4%). It can present in two forms intra andextralobare.Its clinical presentation is very variable, and its diagnosis is essentially based on CT scan with injection of product which shows the aberrant systemic artery. The treatment is essentially surgical with excellent results.Wereport in our studies 23 observations of pulmonary sequestration.
