TRAITEMENT CONSERVATEUR DE LA GANGRENE ISCHEMIQUE DE LA VERGE A PROPOS DUN CAS
Abstract
La gangrenepenienneestunemaladie rare. Elle represente un signe de mauvaispronostic chez les patients atteintsdinsuffisancerenaleterminale et un indicateur de calcification vasculairemetastatique. La pathogenie de cette affection qui met en jeu le pronostic vital nest pas clairement comprise et le traitementestegalementcontroverse. Nous decrivons le cas dun homme de 62 ans, atteint de diabetesucre et dinsuffisancerenale,unepenectomiepartielleprecoce, un controleglycemique et un traitement alpha-bloquantontreussi a controler la maladie. Ilny a euaucuneautre progression de la gangrenenecessitantune amputation supplementaire.
